AUTOPUBLISH is a comprehensive web server that automatically annotates protein sequences and structures and prepares manuscript drafts in the style of a short structure reports like those published in Acta Crystallographica, Section F.
AUTOPUBLISH is a comprehensive web server that automatically annotates protein sequences and structures and prepares manuscript drafts of short structure reports for Publication in Acta Crystallographica F or other journals that publish these types of reports. AUTOPUBLISH performs sequence annotations, database searches, conservation analysis, structure mapping of conservation residues, searches for related structures and preparation of various structure images. Additionally AUTOPUBLISH downloads and extracts the relevant content of mmCIF files into tables and raw text that conforms to crystallographic standards. AUTOPUBLISH is available online (http://ogre.aecom.yu.edu/autopublish-cgi/index.cgi) and was used to prepare a successful publication in Acta Crystallographica, Section F (Zhan et al., 2005).
